    My name is Moh hisyam faiz, my nick name is faiz. I was born in Gresik,18 april 1996. I live in ketanen village. My hobby is playing football, my favourite food is fried chicken, my favourite drink is juice orange, my favourite colour is blue, my favourite study is matematic,my zodiac is aries, my idol is C.Ronaldo. i sit now in class 7a SMPN 1 Sidayu, my best friend is fajar eric firmansyah. My aspiration is doctor.

    My father is Moh thohir, my mother is Qomaroh, I have one sister, his name is Yunita hikmatus tstania, his nick name is yunita, his hobby is reading, his favourite food is fried chicken, his favourite drink is juice aple, i have one nephew, his name is Fairuz zahwa, i have two uncle, her name is Khoirul anam and Suliyadi, i have one aunt, his name is ainur rosyidah.

     My home is clean,beatiful,Simple,and freash, my family room is wide, my bathroom is clean, and my mother always clean up home everyday. biside my home is garden wide.
